We are seeking an Associate – Talent Strategy to join our Permanent Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for high-level positions across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to fill open requisitions
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Assess candidate fit based on client core values, skill set, and overall alignment with the role
- Ensure timely submission and presentation of qualified applicants
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding status and next steps
- Provide a consistent, brand-aligned candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment
Ability to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office (EST hours preferred)
Outgoing personality with a positive, energetic attitude
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
